Introduce your child to the incredible world of dance

Soon to launch in the inner-city suburb of Cooks Hill, Newcastle is the Sydney-based ballet school Pretty Little Ballerinas.

Founded by Lizzy Walkom, Pretty Little Ballerinas first opened in Surry Hills at the local Neighbourhood Centre back in 2013 and has grown exponentially since with Newcastle being the seventh studio location and the first outside of Sydney City.
Set to open for Term 1 of the 2022 school year the new studio will be offering classes for girls and boys aged 2 – 10 years of age.

What has helped establish Pretty Little Ballerinas as one of Sydney's most successful ballet schools is its hard-working and experienced team.
Principle and Founder Lizzy leads the team and has trained in classical ballet since the age of 5. Following 14 years of RAD classical ballet training and attending full-time ballet college at The Conlan College, Lizzy went on to study at The Royal Academy of Dance. This experience gave Lizzy her career direction and saw her begin teaching ballet classes to preschool and primary school-aged children. It was love at first try with Lizzy relishing in the joy that teaching brought to her and her gorgeous students.
