Just past Hunter Coffee Traders and News Travels, and only a 1 minute stroll from security is where you’ll find the recently opened, and ultra roomy Departures lounge, and the variety of new drink and dine options.
If time allows, settle into the Cove Kitchen & Bar which offers a relaxed sit-down space with all-day breakfast, pub-style favourites, and pastries.
For something fresh and fast, Sushi Sushi delivers rolls, sashimi, and sushi packs perfect for eating on the go.
If your holiday officially begins the moment you order a drink, Novocastrian Taphouse is where you’ll want to land. Expect local craft beers, regional wines, gin cocktails, and snack plates, plus runway views and live music on Friday afternoons.
