Blue Lemon Sushi

If you’re after top-notch sushi this is a must-visit. Sit inside the small stylish exposed brick and wood interior, or snap a table outside in the sunshine (matched by the bright yellow chairs!). Located just off Terrigal Beach you’ll be satisfied by poke bowls, bento boxes, and ramen but it is the sushi menu you really want to explore. Try their signature and special ranges such as the Spicy Crunch Salmon, Soft Shell Crab, or Scallop and Salmon.
Where: 4A Campbell Cr, Terrigal

Sushi Dojo

This small restaurant on the main road through Erina is a surprise spot for some good quality sushi or authentic ramen. If you can’t decide on your sushi, they make it easy with small, medium, large, or family selections, else sample your own way through their range of sashimi and special California rolls. They also do a well-priced lunch special throughout the week Tuesday to Friday.
Where: 1/163 The Entrance Rd, Erina

Yusu Japanese

This family-run restaurant in Ettalong can be easily missed, tucked away inside the Galleria but it is worth hunting out for a visit. With authentic flavours and known to be celebrated by Japanese visitors and expats, the menu is full, varied and caters well to vegetarians.
Where: 189 Ocean View Rd, Ettalong

Miori Japanese

Don’t let the sparse interior fool you, because the menu is far from it! Come for your sushi fix or delve into the flavours of BBQ wagyu miso beef steak, teriyaki pan-fried salmon, or prawn curry. This is also a great place to explore the world of sake through a tasting paddle of three, five, or eight different sakes.
Where: 312-320 Trafalgar Ave, Umina Beach
