A rare look inside 10 years of Façon Magazine

Newcastle Museum is hosting a special live Q&A with Façon Magazine Founder and Editor-in-Chief Lara Lupish, celebrating 10 years of the Newcastle-founded fashion magazine, creative agency, and modelling agency.

On Saturday, 27 June, Lara Lupish will join Carol Duncan OAM for a live conversation exploring Façon’s decade-long contribution to Newcastle’s creative and cultural landscape.

Held during the final weekend of Newcastle Museum’s Façon 10: Rétrospective exhibition, the Q&A offers visitors a rare chance to hear directly from the person behind the publication.

The conversation will explore the vision, creative decisions, community connections, and collaborations that have shaped Façon over the past 10 years.

Hosted by Carol Duncan OAM, the event will also invite questions from the audience, giving guests the chance to engage more closely with the stories behind the magazine.

The Q&A follows the release of Façon’s anniversary issue, Rétrospective Edition, and the recent launch of the museum exhibition.

Visitors can also explore the exhibition, which features enlarged reproductions of Façon covers, archival material, editorial photography, and signature fashion looks from the magazine’s history.
