The city's first big step to rejuvenation
The third and final building to be released in Stage 1 of the prestigious East End development is the first step in the rejuvenation of the city centre.
Over 4 distinct stages, which are set to be completed over several years, East End represents a master plan that will completely transform Newcastle from Perkins to Newcomen Street.
Perkins & King will be the largest and final building to be released in Stage 1 of the East End development, raising above the former David Jones car park site and located on the corner of two of the oldest and most celebrated streets in Newcastle.
The combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and outdoor green spaces provides residents the opportunity to live a village like atmosphere whilst only a stroll from our much-loved beaches, the harbour, cafes and thriving restaurant scene.
The contemporary interior design together with surrounding heritage masonry facades ensure these modern apartments will hold their charm and appeal both today and long into the future.
