In collaboration with Murray's Brewing Co. Bannisters at Port Stephens have created their very own bespoke bottle of Gin that looks as good as it tastes.

Available only at Bannisters Port Stephens, East Coast Gin is distilled and bottled just down the road at Murray's Bob's Farm Brewery. Using an ideal balance of contemporary and traditional botanicals, the team at Murray's have created a full flavoured spirit that's finished with a subtle citrus twist.

Whilst the Gin & Tonic has become, almost, everyone's summer go-to, the Ginlet would have to be our drink of choice. If you like the idea of stepping up the quality of drinks around the Christmas table this year, here's how...

GINLET
Add to a Boston Glass;
30ml East Coast Gin (London dry will also work)
30ml Elderflower liquor
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Elderflower cordial
15ml Pineapple juice

Add ice to the top and shake vigorously for 15-18 seconds
Double strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with 3 bitters love hearts, and enjoy!
