Ethically-sourced quality local food delivered to your door
Newcastle fresh food delivery service Parcel of Plenty offers an easy, deliver to your door fresh food service that will have you cooking at home with only the best locally sourced produce.

Brought to you by Babak (Bob) Abbaszadeh, for those who remember Newcastle's Persian Place you will be more than familiar with the face. The former restaurateur and local food fanatic has returned to Newcastle following what was a very extended family reunion in his home country of Iran.
Landing in Tehran in February 2020 Bob and his family was caught up in all the chaos of Covid, 10 months later Bob was finally able to return home. It didn't take long for Bob to re-establish himself within the world of food, this time opting out of the restaurant scene, instead taking on the fresh food industry.

The Parcel of Plenty concept makes complete sense with Bob's years spent operating restaurants helping him to get to know an extensive network of suppliers who were dealing with the highest of quality products, and ethically-sourced local food.
With this knowledge bubbling away Bob decided to put it to good use and has created a list of all of his favourite suppliers from his chef’s little black book to bring you Parcel of Plenty as Bob explains,
"Parcel of Plenty is all about helping people to bypass the supermarkets and their questionable produce purchasing practices. I want to make it easy to source better food, for better value and support our local producers at the same time. There's also the convenience factor of having your food delivered to your door."
What kind of quality can I expect to find in the Parcels?
Each week you can order all of your eating essentials with Bob sourcing products from only the best local suppliers. When it comes to the meats Bob's teamed up with Tim Perram from Hunter Valley Premium Meats whose more than 30 years in the farming industry has built strong relationships with like-minded farmers, carrying premium brands such as Cape Grim and Bass Strait Beef, Pukara Estate Premium Lamb, Jack’s Creek Wagyu, Alexander Downs and Murray Valley Pork.
The dairy is supplied from the awesome team at The Little Big Dairy Co. and all your cheesy needs are from Hunter Belle. Your free range eggs are from The Local Yolk, you can even get your weekly fix of coffee with Bob bringing the guys from Glitch on board.
