Two of Australia’s celebrated wine regions are coming together this June for a unique dining experience in the Hunter Valley, as EXP. Restaurant welcomes Fabian Lehmann, Executive Chef of Maxwell Wines in McLaren Vale, for a special two-night collaboration. On Monday, June 15 at 3.30pm, EXP. will also host an industry and public Q&A session titled “The Cost of Hospitality – Running a Restaurant in a Wine Region.”
