Coal and Cedar show no boundaries when it comes to cocktail making
How adventurous are you when it comes ordering a cocktail?
I think it is fair to say that everyone loves a good cocktail, but how often do you step away from the classic espresso martini, mojito, or in my case a cosmopolitan?
We recently interviewed Sean from Coal and Cedar who put together two cocktails for us to shoot (and taste of course). Check them out below, it might help you feel inspired next time you go to order a cocktail.
First up a Black Manhattan, which consists of Woodford reserve rye whiskey, Amaro Averna, a dash of angostura bitters, and Sean has smoked the glass with an s Cuban cigar for a twist.
The second is a Mint julep, usually done with rye whiskey, but in this particular one Sean has used Hennessy cognac, Ardbeg 10yr whisky, fresh mint and a dash of sugar.
