The Boathouse Hotel Patonga
You couldn’t be seen at a trendier venue with your pooch than The Boathouse Hotel Patonga. Choose either the Fish and Chip Shop or the Hotel’s outdoor seating to dine with your dog.With white nautical beach vibes overlooking the Hawkesbury River, this idyllic venue is a must-visit on the Central Coast, and an easy day trip by ferry from Palm Beach.

Sweet Caroline
The signature hot pink neon sign hanging in Sweet Caroline reads “good times never felt so good”, and we think your pets will agree as they are welcome in this quirky and creative cafe.
Sweet Caroline does it all; an all-day breakfast and epic lunch before turning to cocktails and dinner dining in the evenings, plus regular trivia and events. You and your pooches will love the covered atrium-style eating area teeming with plants and character. The menu has you spoilt for choice but we’re eyeing the Italian baked eggs for brekkie, fish tacos for lunch, and signature Caroline’s Chicken Burger for dinner. Keep an eye out for the owners pups Wesley and Oliver!

Kindred Spirits Dog Cafe
At Kindred Spirits Dog Cafe the pooches get their very own menu! Your dog will be spoiled with their range of cookies, doggie bliss balls, ‘Woofles’ and smoothies alongside a puppuccino or even a doggy beer! This pet boutique and dog cafe is run by Central Coast chef, baker and entrepreneur Ely of Cute AF Pets, an online pet accessory store. You can be sure your dog is treated like a King/Queen as the dog menu is made from the same high quality human grade ingredients that go into all the human food!

Cove Cafe
Located right beside one of the most popular off leash dog parks on the coast, Cove Cafe is an obvious (and yummy!) stop for a coffee and bite to eat after puppy playdates. Dine beachside with your fur-baby over an all-day breakfast, and as the cafe is licensed you might make it a champagne brekkie with a glass of bubbles!

Like Minds Avoca
An old corner store turned vibrant cafe, Like Minds Avoca has a true community feel, and that includes your pets. With a rustic vibe, a sustainable ethos, and fresh, delicious food, it’s a top stop if you’re after that relaxed holiday feeling. There’s a big garden to chill in with your pets, where all the homegrown herbs and vegies that feature in the menu are grown!

Two Birds Gallery Cafe
Two Birds Gallery Cafe is a gem in Toowoon Bay, tucked down the street from the main drag serving good food alongside it’s eclectic range of homewares, art, and gifts. The friendly staff will be sure to come out and say a hello to your pooches as you order up their famous Blue Jay Corn Fritter Stack.

The Anchor Budgewoi
One for those on the northern end of the Central Coast, The Anchor is a relaxed pet-friendly cafe in the centre of Budgewoi. With an absolutely bursting breakfast and lunch menu, you can be sure to satisfy a hunger any time of the day with pooch in tow (it might even get snapped for their Facebook page!). While you’re there take a look inside at the beach-style homewares in the shop.

Kim’s Beachside Retreat
Yes, believe it or not, the famous luxury beachside stay of Kims Retreat is pet-friendly, so you can visit the Central Coast in style, pup in tow!
