One of East End Hub’s most popular dishes and a personal favourite of owner Lizzie, the House Smoked Ocean Trout with corn fritter - pink lady - feta - puffed grains - baby herbs + pistachio perfectly matches the ocean views and breeze.

3. Banh Xeo
If you’re looking for something a little different then you need to order Momo’s thin, crispy Vietnamese rice flour pancake. Filled with grilled organic tofu and local organic zucchini, sprouts and herbs, the pancake comes with a nuoc mam dipping sauce. (GFO, V)

4. Summer Bruschetta
It doesn’t get more seasonally appropriate than the Summer Bruschetta at the Autumn Rooms. Bursting with a Tomato Medley, Prosciutto, Shaved Manchego, Sage Aioli, Fried Egg, Green Onion Oil on Toasted Sourdough. Avocado is of course an added option. (GFO, V)

5. Halloumi and Smoked Salmon
It's a favourite with the locals, and staff alike, the Grilled Halloumi, Locally Smoked Salmon, Fresh Rocket, a Poached Egg and Basil Pesto with Sonoma Sourdough makes for the perfect way to start the day.

7. Egg & Bacon Toastie
The team at Praise Joe Urban Pantry in Tighes Hill know how to create some amazing food out of a small space, and if a toastie is what you're craving, this is the place. Keep your eye out for the weekly specials, but it's hard to go past that Egg and Bacon Toastie.

8. Berry Cheesecake Waffles

10. Sweet Potato Toast
There would be a public outcry if this dish was taken off the menu!!

12. 6 hour Braised Lamb Wrap
Some regulars are known to eat this delicious wrap every single day for lunch! That dish being the 6 hr Braised Lamb Shoulder, Dill and Preserved Lemon Labne, Pickled Green Beans and Red Onions, Kale, Cabbage and Herb Slaw, Za’atar and Green Tahini. It’s a classic but when done right it’s that dish that you just can’t go past, the good old Crispy Bacon, Poached Eggs and Baby Spinach, complete with ocean breeze.

15. Prawn, Mango & Chilli Salad

Moor Newcastle East have just introduced two new Smoothie Bowl flavours, the Green which features Avocado, Banana, Spinach, Hempseed, agave) and a Red which includes Berries, Banana, Cacao, Chia.
