One of regional Australia’s most iconic agricultural and horticultural events, The Newcastle Show, returns to Newcastle Showground in 2024.

You'll be treated to an action-packed line-up of entertainment, animal displays, competitions, educational workshops, activations, thrilling rides, show bags, and lots of fun!

The three day event will feature a range of brand-new and much-loved events and attractions, including:

- Over 80 high-adrenaline amusements, rides, and games
- Our community stage featuring live entertainment
- Roaming entertainers
- Centre ring entertainment featuring Hot Wheels, motorbikes, show jumping, and woodchopping.
- Horticulture precinct, hosting a range of growing and making workshops
- Delightful agricultural precinct featuring hands-on, educational displays
- Spectacular fireworks display on Friday and Saturday night.
