Just in time for the festive season, a brand-new bricks and mortar store has opened in the CBD featuring a collection of delightful jewellery pieces.
Krool Jewels, brought to you by local jewellery designer Angus Smith has recently launched their flagship store in the heart of Hunter St, making it the newest addition to the growing list of retail venues along our tram lines.
“Being a qualified jeweller with six years of manufacturing jewellery experience, I have confidence that a bricks and mortar store will not only help grow my business but help to add life to the Newcastle CBD.”
At just 23 years of age, Smith and his 2-year-old business has grown incredibly, with the original Instagram page having over 11 thousand followers already!
“During the lockdown, we’ve seen a significant growth for Krool, and so I felt it was time to invest in a new opportunity that allows customers to engage with the jewellery in person.”
Krool Jewels have been sold all over the world including the United Kingdom, United States of America, and even parts of Europe, so to have our very own store right here in Newcastle is a great feat!
So, what can you expect when you shop with Krool Jewels?
A beautifully unique range of signet rings, silver rings, gold rings, pendants, earrings, and chains. Each piece is completely handmade in-store and features ethically sourced precious metals and Australian Opals.
“I’m grateful to have all the resources available to be able to play such a role in the manufacturing of my products and I think having that control has allowed the quality of the product to be at a very high standard.”
Alongside his jewellery, the store also boasts a range of streetwear including tees, polos, hoodies, and crewnecks.
Next time you’re browsing the streets of Newcastle, make sure to pop into Krool Jewels and browse the unique handmade products.
