Crystalbrook Kingsley Head Chef Natalie Bolt, whose resume extends from Dubai to Turkey, Indonesia, and most recently Thailand, brings her passion for food and great produce to the team. Natalie provided a few insights into what we can expect from Romberg’s menu.
