Fire & Ice Coffee 
Founded by a passionate coffee lover, Fire & Ice is Newcastle’s calling for gourmet cold brew coffee with no added sugar and only two ingredients; filtered water and locally roasted coffee beans.

This Mayfield-based roastery has become a staple amongst the local coffee community, and they’ve even got the cold brew wagon sorted with two offerings; the Single Origin Cold Brew bottles, or Cold Brew Concentrate bottles.

Hubro 
Newcastle brothers, Timothy & Duncan, brought Hubro to Darby St in 2015, and have since become an absolute staple in local lives. Bringing their HuBrew to Novocastrians since the get-go, this crew has been an absolute pioneer in the local land of cold brew.

The larrikin coffee joint on Beaumont St has come a long way since its inception back in 2018. Now known for their daily brews, espresso martini mix, social media presence, and even cold brew cans! Joining forces with the 257 Collective, the collaboration has delivered some of Newcastle’s best cold brew!
