Murray’s Bar + Kitchen  

Get your hands on (and your mouths around) an authentic Italian pizza focussed menu offering traditional wood-fired pizzas out on Murray’s deck. Get in on Saturdays and enjoy live music happening out on the Terrace each and every Saturday.

The Terrace 

Experience The Terrace, a Mediterranean courtyard situated under sunlit straw umbrellas offering the Murray’s Feast Menu. Bringing back the flavours Murray’s built a cult following on, guests can expect slow-roasted smoked meats such as Rosemary Lamb & Apple Wood Roasted Pork complemented by locally sourced roasted farm vegetables and fresh salads.

Murray’s Feast Menu is perfect for larger groups who have a hunger for good hearty food. Whether you’re a buck’s party, or a big group of friends or family, the Feast Menu has been created with the intent to keep you full for hours. The Feast Menu on The Terrace is offered to encourage a long afternoon of grazing with friends and loved ones.

The Lawn 

Love spending an afternoon with your favourite people basking in the sunshine? Well, grab your picnic rug, wander through Murray’s vineyards and gardens before spreading out your rug and feasting at your own leisure with the range of picnic boxes available to pre-order.

“Where can you go to picnic on the lawn under the speckled shade of some gum trees, with kids play equipment, cricket sets and a fully catered menu? Murrays of course!

“With over 10 different food and beverage boxes to choose from, our Lawn Menu is designed to share between 6-8 people (with the exception of ‘Mini Me’ boxes which are sold individually).”

From roast chicken and homemade potato salad to a whole fillet of beef and gourmet salads, the boxes feature it all!  Available 7 days a week, guests will need to pre-order their picnic boxes here. You can pre-order to enjoy on Murray’s grounds or organise for takeaway to your own event.

In addition, Murray’s is soon to launch a walk-through farm to table vegetable garden and hobby farm perfect for any family’s day out at Murray’s.

Restaurant William

Murray’s newest addition has been intended as Port Stephens’ newest fine dining restaurant featuring an Australian fusion menu. Diners will be treated to an all-encompassing dining experience. Focussing on fine food and crafted alcohol, Restaurant William pairings will play a big part in every diner’s overall experience.

For those looking to book a larger function or even corporate lunches, expect an elevated dining experience with table service, first-class food, and a view amongst the vines in a relaxed, fun, and earthy environment at Restaurant William.

The six-course offering is tailored to matched alcohol, and guests are invited to dine and will be surprised on the day with a curated menu from the chef’s kitchen featuring off the menu dishes and seasonal highlights from the country’s best food producers.

Agnes High Tea Pavilion 

This separate 65-seater space is cosy and intimate, designed to enchant and be full of whimsy. With tones of soft mint green and deep hues of eggplant and soft blush colours; think Mad Hatter Tea Party meets the Grounds of Alexandria.

The perfect spot to dress up and be transported to an English country greenhouse, the Agnes High Tea Pavilion features three different High Tea menu offerings to let you celebrate in style.

Created as a dedication to celebrations, whether you want to come in and celebrate a birthday, a hens, a baby shower, even a post or pre-wedding high tea; expect to be wowed in every way possible when you hire out the Agnes High Tea Pavilion.

Boglione & Sons Bakery 

Murray’s in-house bakery, Boglione & Sons feature not only a rotating range of baked goods including freshly baked bread, glazed and favour filled doughnuts, divine danishes, hand-crafted croissants, delicious sandwiches & baguettes, and are now also offering a range of unique celebration cakes!

“Our pastry chef, Reymar Moral, has taken inspiration from left of centre ideas and infused creativity into a range of cakes suitable for all occasions to be preordered and enjoyed at Murray’s or for takeaway.”

Canvas & Cocktails

The craze that seems to be taking the Hunter region by storm is none other than the combination of alcohol and painting! Enjoy Murray’s Canvas & Cocktail experience with a bunch of your friends and paint away whilst enjoying a curated cocktail degustation. 

Brewery Tours

This one is for the beer lovers out there! Book in and be taken on a journey unveiling the story of how Murray’s Craft Brewing Co came to be before taste testing all the best beer that is crafted right there on site.

Guests are encouraged to ask questions about the beer process, the history of the brewery, and the property as a whole! Taste your way through Murray’s range before exploring the rest of the property and set off for home with a new bunch of Murray’s brews in your bag.
