Explore Earp Distilling Co.'s free event showcase
Planning a wedding, milestone birthday, corporate event or special celebration? Earp Distilling Co. is opening the doors to its stunning Barrel Hall this August for a free Wedding & Events Showcase.
Held on Sunday 16 August, the showcase invites you to explore one of Newcastle’s most distinctive venues, meet local suppliers and gather inspiration for your upcoming occasion.
For one afternoon only, the Barrel Hall will be transformed with ceremony styling, event set-ups and vendor displays, helping visitors imagine how the space could look for their own celebration.
Earp Distilling Co.’s Events Team will be on hand to discuss venue hire, packages and how they can help shape your plans.
"We're passionate about elevating events and helping you create something memorable, no matter the occasion," says Earp Distilling Co. Event Manager, Alexandra Pedersen.
"We wanted to create an afternoon where people could explore the venue, connect with local event experts, and leave feeling inspired and excited about what's possible."
Recommended suppliers, including photographer Sam Reid Studio and live music act Slowverb, will also be there to answer questions and showcase their services.
Entry is free, with registrations encouraged. Guests who register before 10am on Sunday August 16 will receive a complimentary Limoncello Spritz on arrival, plus exclusive offers including discounted future room hire and a complimentary premium beverage package upgrade when booking a future event.
Attendees will also enjoy access to a cheese and charcuterie grazing station throughout the showcase.
Why not make a day of it? Book lunch in the Distillery Bar before the showcase begins and enjoy the venue's popular Sunday specials, including $12 spritzes.
