A classic seafood buffet by Newcastle Harbour

Kingfish is bringing back the classic seafood buffet this July, serving up a generous Newcastle Harbour dining experience for seafood lovers.

On Sunday, July 12, All You Can Sea will take over Kingfish with two sittings of prawns, oysters, bugs, grilled seafood, winter favourites, and old-school desserts.

Taking place as part of Newcastle Tuna Fest, All You Can Sea is a classic seafood buffet served against the backdrop of Newcastle Harbour.

Guests can feast on fresh prawns, oysters, and bugs, alongside a selection of grilled seafood and hearty winter favourites.

Expect comforting seafood dishes including seafood chowder and prawn lasagne, before rounding out the experience with a spread of old-school dessert classics.

There will be two sittings available on the day, with the first running from 11:30am to 1pm and the second from 1:30pm to 3pm.

Seafood Trail Dish

Kingfish is serving Baked Prawn Lasagne, created by Patrick Skelton.

The dish features baked prawn lasagne layered with blue swimmer crab and king prawns, rich lobster bisque, melted cheese, and sweet confit leeks, bringing together rich, creamy, and seafood-forward flavours.

Dinner: Wednesday–Sunday, 5pm-10pm

Newcastle Tuna Fest returns in 2026 bringing a bigger, bolder celebration of seafood, local restaurants, and the city’s coastal dining identity. Launching on Sunday, June 28, with the Grand Opening Event, Newcastle Tuna Fest continues throughout July with the festival centring around the Newcastle Seafood Trail, with around 30 participating venues across Newcastle each creating a signature tuna or seafood dish.
