Where to find locally-branded merchandise from our eateries, shops and online

Are you wearing a t-shirt, beanie or hoodie from your favourite cafe? Or carrying your market haul using your locally branded tote bag? Or maybe you just want to wear what your local barista is wearing!

If you want to support one of our local cafes during lockdown, but you've already drunk your daily litre of coffee, check out these venues for some merchandise. If coffee isn’t your thing, there are a range of Newcastle-themed products for yourself, or to send to a fellow Novocastrian who might be missing home.

Mr Sister Coffee
Available at both their City and Speers Point locations, Mr Sister have a range of shirts in a variety of colours and sizes (even pint size!). Check out their Instagram here.

Wildflower Space
The brainchild of Wildflower Espresso, this space is full of absolutely everything Wildflower. From drink bottles, keep cups, coffee makers to shorts, jumpers and t-shirts, to journals, cards, prints, stickers and an iridescent tote bag to hold everything in! Check out their online store here.

Biggs
Keep your head warm with a Biggs beanie or a t-shirt emblazoned with the iconic Biggs two-finger salute! You can buy them at their Beaumont Street cafe, right next to Hamilton Station. Check out their Instagram here, and keep an eye out for their app which is coming soon!

Josie Coffee
Head to either of the Josie Coffee locations - Gateshead and Mayfield - or browse their online store for t-shirts, spray jackets, socks and keep cups. Get shopping here.

Baba Yaga
If you've ever appreciated the quirky Baba Yaga print on their takeaway cups, wearing a version of it on one of their pink t-shirts is sure to make you smile. Purchase in-store on Darby Street or send them a message on their Instagram and they can post to you.

Floozy Coffee Roasters

Darks Coffee Roasters
Head to the Darks Container at Hunter Stadium Broadmeadow for trucker caps, beanies and t-shirts. Have a look at their Instagram here.

Newcastle's love for the Doughheads doughnut is undeniable, and you can proudly proclaim your Doughheads love by wearing their t-shirts, and the sweetest socks you've ever seen. Available in pink or blue, you might just need to buy both. Check out their online store here.

Side Pocket Espresso
Get the botanical artwork of house artist Harrison Nuttall immortalised on a Pocket tote bag, or a t-shirt or sweater (available in grey or black). Currently, you can purchase Side Pocket goods at their cafe, and keep an eye out when their merch - and takeaway menu - are available on Bopple.

Lords Coffee & Associates
With t-shirts, caps, Mullet tote bags and the adorable Baby Mullet Onesies, here's your chance to get some of that Lords vibe into your life. Check their online store here, and you can get tote bags and onesies in the cafe whilst you are collecting your takeaway coffee.

Newy Burger Co
Not only does Newy Burger Co serve up some of best burgers in Newcastle, they have their own merch as well! You can pick up a Burg Life t-shirt, cap or stubby holder when you're picking up your takeaway order. Check out their merch on Instagram here.

Glitch Coffee Roasters

Young Street Hotel
Head to this Carrington pub to buy your Welcome to Carrodise merch. Young Street Hotel's t-shirts and hoodies are illustrated by local artist, Trevor Dickinson, and you can check them out here.

Murray's Brewery
Founded in 2006 at Taylors Arm, west of Nambucca Heads, Murray's Brewery made the wise move south in 2009 when they relocated to god’s country, aka Bobs Farm. From the iconic Murray's logo to the fruity Nectabomb, you can find a range of t-shirts celebrating Murray's famous brews. Anorak Designs
Exclusive to Blackbird Corner, Anorak Designs have a range of Newcastle-themed screen-printed apparel inspired by the local cityscape. Choose from kid- and adult-sized t-shirts, tote bags, tea towels, postcards and magnets. They even have a 'Newy Homesick Pack'.
When lockdown is over, you can shop in-store but for now, shop online here.

Bathers Way
Recently launched, this local brand is inspired by the beautiful 6km coastal walk, Bathers Way. In their online shop, you will find a range of caps and visors and a denim tote bag for your essentials.

Local artist, Trevor Dickinson, has not only created marvellous murals that are dotted around town, he also has an online store full of stock celebrating Newcastle. FKN Newy
