Where to book wine tastings for a hens weekend in the Hunter Valley

If you've ever been asked to be a bridesmaid, you'll know the list of expectations that comes with it. Buying a dress, accessories, organising a bridal shower, and planning a hen's party – it's a lot!

To hopefully help bridesmaids out there with some of their stress, we've compiled this guide to make organising an amazing hens party in the Hunter Valley so much simpler. Here's a host of Hunter Valley wineries (and distilleries) offering tastings and experiences for hens groups – just make sure you book ahead!

Broke

Kawal Rock Distillery

Kawal Rock Distillery may not offer wine tastings (unless you count its moscato), but it does offer spirit tastings, and that's certainly just as good. The beautiful property holds up to 100, so hens groups of pretty much any size can be accommodated – just give the team a heads up of your group number and date, and if you'd like cheese platters with your tasting. Tastings are $25 per head, plus extra for platters.
