Onto the à la carte menu, you can expect a selection of iconic Australian breakfast dishes including the Eggs Benedict with soft poached eggs on toasted sourdough with hollandaise sauce with your choice of double-smoked leg ham or Tasmanian smoked salmon; and the Buttermilk Pancakes Stack with fluffy buttermilk pancakes with Canadian maple syrup, fresh berries, and estate made vanilla bean ice cream.
