Tom Gleeson brings Out of Touch to Newcastle

Tom Gleeson is heading to Newcastle with Out of Touch, a new stand-up show from one of Australia’s most recognisable comedy names.

On Friday, 3 July and Monday, 6 July, Tom Gleeson will bring Out of Touch to Civic Theatre Newcastle for two nights of sharp stand-up.

Presented by Token Events, Out of Touch sees Tom Gleeson back on stage doing what he does best.

Best known as the host of Hard Quiz and Taskmaster Australia, Tom is a Gold Logie winner, seven-time AACTA winner, and a regular fixture on Australian screens.

He’s played everywhere from rowdy RSLs to the Sydney Opera House, filling theatres across the country with his dry humour, quick delivery, and complete willingness to take everyone down a peg.

On ABC-TV’s The Weekly, Tom’s Hard Chat segment led to Hard Quiz, which continues to be one of the broadcaster’s biggest hits as it enters its eleventh season.

The show runs for approximately one hour with no interval and is recommended for ages 15 and over. Please note, the performance contains occasional coarse language and adult themes, and no babes in arms will be admitted to the auditorium.
