While Cooper’s usual setting might be under the stars or out in the wild, this event brings that same philosophy indoors, focusing on seasonal produce, thoughtful cooking and bold, comforting flavours.

The evening begins with a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival, before moving into a selection of handcrafted canapés. From there, guests will settle in for two generous main courses, showcasing multiple proteins and sides designed to highlight both quality ingredients and creative execution.
To finish, a dessert grazing selection rounds out the experience.
