Local seafood and Tyrrell’s Wines by the water

Port to Plate is bringing together Port Stephens seafood and Hunter Valley wine for an intimate waterfront dinner at Restaurant 2317 this July.

On Friday, 24 July, Port to Plate will showcase a four-course seafood menu paired with Tyrrell’s Wines at Restaurant 2317 in Soldiers Point.

Hosted by Restaurant 2317 in partnership with Nelson Bay Fish Market and Tyrrell’s Wines, Port to Plate is a celebration of local seafood, regional producers, and the stories behind each course.

The four-course dinner has been carefully curated to highlight the freshest seasonal seafood from Port Stephens, with each dish expertly matched with premium wines from one of Australia’s most iconic wineries.

Special guest Andrew Spinaze from Tyrrell’s Wines will guide guests through the wine pairings, sharing insights into the winery’s history, heritage, and winemaking philosophy.

Set against the waterfront at Restaurant 2317, the evening is designed for seafood lovers, wine enthusiasts, and anyone keen to experience the best of the region from ocean to plate.
