Peregrin's long-table dining series continues this July, bringing together the rich flavours of Mudgee truffles with thoughtfully paired wines from Samantha May Wines.
On Friday, 31 July, Paired at Peregrin Vol. 3 will present a five-course dégustation inspired by Mudgee truffles, paired with premium wines from Samantha May Wines.
Set high above Merewether, Paired at Peregrin returns for the third instalment of its exclusive long-table dining series, where exceptional food, premium wines, and great conversation come together for one memorable evening.
This month's theme, Mudgee Truffles, celebrates one of Australia's most sought-after winter ingredients through a carefully curated five-course dégustation. Each course has been thoughtfully matched with wines from Samantha May Wines, showcasing the best of regional produce and boutique winemaking.
Guests will gather around Peregrin's signature long table to enjoy an intimate dining experience designed to be shared, with every course complemented by expertly selected wines and plenty of opportunity to relax into the evening.
