Newcastle’s biggest sweets and treats festival returns this October
Newcastle, get ready to indulge at the Festival of Sweets & Treats, returning for another year, but this time it’s more delicious than ever.
This sugar-coated celebration will take over The Station on Sunday, October 11 from 9am to 3pm, serving up a tempting array of sweet and savoury delights for the whole family.

This much-loved event is set to draw over 5,000 locals and visitors for a day packed with indulgence, entertainment, and non-stop fun. With entry just $6.15 for adults and free for anyone under the age of 18, it’s an accessible day out that offers something for everyone.
From rich and decadent cakes to tangy treats, there's no shortage of delicious options waiting to be discovered with something for everyone to enjoy. So satisfy your cravings and dive into our irresistible line up of sweets and treats with your friends, family and four-footed friends.

It’s not all about eating, the Festival of Sweets & Treats also delivers a generous side of family-friendly fun. There will be chocolates and lollies, cakes, slices and cookies, live music, demos and masterclasses, food trucks, market stalls, dietary-friendly treats, kids entertainment, jumping castles and carnival games, lolly jar guessing competitions, sweet treat hamper raffles, and more to be announced soon!

Whether you’re keen to learn a few tricks in the kitchen or simply kick back with a snow cone and enjoy the entertainment, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
