Sip gin cocktails and dance the night away at this laidback festival
Off the back of a successful Mid-Spring Festival, The Farmer’s Wife Distillery is bringing the party atmosphere with its Mid-Summer Festival on Saturday January 13, 2024.
Spend the afternoon and evening sipping gin cocktails (made with The Farmer’s Wife gin of course), playing lawn games, eating gourmet food, listening to live music from Switch Trio, Kaylens Rain, and Kylie Jane Band, and dancing the night away.
For the first time, there’ll be a shuttle bus service running from the Newcastle Interchange to the event, so Newcastle gin-lovers won’t have to worry about having a designated driver!
Here’s what ticket options are available:
GA - General Admission - $75
Kick back on the lawn with your own picnic chairs and blankets and soak up the atmosphere among the trees. You’ll have a great view of the music!
Reserved - Outdoor Table Seating - $85
Enjoy a table out on the verandah with your gang, with a great view and a reserved table for the entire event. You’ll also have access to the general admission area.
Reserved - Inside Table Seating - $85
This option is the same as above, but you’ll be seated inside the distillery, with less of a view of the live music.
All tickets include your choice of a gourmet BBQ picnic box or a gourmet grazing box, plus one gin cocktail, beer, or wine. You’ll be able to purchase additional food and drinks on the day – no BYO.
Are you heading to the distillery from Newcastle? There’s now a shuttle bus available to pick you up and drop you off at the Newcastle Interchange in Wickham. Add it to your ticket for $30.
If you live locally, a shuttle bus is available to pick up and drop off guests from Stroud Showgrounds and The Bucketts Way Camp & Stay for $10.
