Chophouse Grill is Wests’ premium steakhouse, known for quality cuts and bold flavours. Steaks are seasoned with the restaurant’s signature infused salt, brushed with butter, and cooked over open ironbark wood coals to bring out their full flavour.
The Steak Frites offer is a midweek classic done the Chophouse way: succulent sirloin served with golden, crispy frites and creamy béarnaise sauce. It’s an elevated steakhouse experience – without the premium price tag.
