Stepping into a new chapter, Rydges Newcastle’s recent renovations are a dedication to the revitalisation of the venue, enhancing its allure and solidifying Wharf 350 Bar & Restaurants as an iconic Newcastle destination in its own right.

As part of Stage One of Rydges Newcastle’s renovations, the ground floor bar space has undergone a huge transformation, now seamlessly inviting guests from the hotel lobby into a welcoming dining atmosphere.

“With eight beer taps on either side, two cocktail stations, and an island bench in the middle, the bar can now service both the harbour side and the area that feeds right into our Ballroom.”

Set to be a coveted spot for pre-and post-event gatherings, and available for your next private event, the Wharf 350 bar space offers an exclusive experience for that upcoming special occasion with the refreshed interior exuding light, bright, and coastal vibes.

The revamped bar features a selection of Sydney Brewery beers and the cocktail list offers both traditional favourites and innovative creations.

“Highlights include the Coconut and Chilli Margarita, French Martini, and a Sloe Gin Fizz. Keep an eye out for a Spritz menu heading into the summer holidays.”

Additionally, visitors can browse the bar snacks menu, curated under the expertise of Executive Chef John Rutherford. Embrace favourites like the bresaola crostini with fig jam and goat’s cheese; or enjoy a charcuterie plate including sliced meats, house-made pickles, and grilled sourdough.
