In need of an Asian foodie fix?

Head Chef Pete Hatton has done an awesome job to bring to the Wests food court a quality Asian offering. No more tired dishes, sitting under the bain-marie, instead every dish is prepared fresh by the team on site every day.

The menu caters to all kinds of tastes, like if you’re in a hurry the sushi rolls are an easy choice or maybe you’re more of a bao kind of person, enjoy one or all six of the flavours. Other light on-the-run meals include rice paper rolls and dumplings, just tick the box, order and off you go.

If you have a little more time and want to try a bunch of things, that perhaps you’ve never tried before, then take a seat. Why not order yourself the next big thing in Asian food, the Ramen. Generous in size the chicken, Szechuan slow roast steak, pork belly, prawn or shitake and tofu options are not only really filling but super healthy.

The Pho's another option, as too the Bento Box which is seriously good value with each box holding a selection of springs rolls, tempura prawns, fried chilli and salt squid, sushi, Asian rice noodle salad and Asian greens.

Wests food court isn’t perhaps the first place you think of when it comes to dining out, but when the quality is what is you’ve got to give it a go.
