Keith Tulloch Wine

Keeping it in the family at this Hunter Valley winery and cellar door

Keith Tulloch Wine is the first winery to be certified Carbon Neutral in the Hunter Valley and is only the second winery in the country to be certified by the Australian government.

HUNTERhunter got a little better acquainted with this fourth generation wine-making, grape-growing family who relishes the opportunity to work together on a daily basis. Owners Keith and Amanda Tulloch and their children, Jessica and Alisdair, work together in the Cellar Door. Keith’s father works in the vineyard, while their niece, Emma-Jane, is regularly at the Cellar Door.

You'll start to feel like you're part of the Tulloch family if you drop by for a spot of wine tasting or a bite to eat. It is more like being welcomed into their home to share their hospitality. And what great wine and food it is!

Four generations of wine making history has earned Keith Tulloch a 5-star rating by James Halliday who comments that it is "an outstanding winery capable of producing wines of the highest calibre".

Don’t expect anything mainstream. Keith takes meticulous care in putting a unique stamp on his wines, an individual style and flair that takes on the characteristics of the sandy creek beds and the vines nestled in the Brokenback Ranges.

The picturesque estate has become a must visit for anyone thinking of heading to the Hunter Valley and, with the highly awarded Muse Kitchen and delicious Cocoa Nib sharing the same property, the food and wine pairing are a spectacular combination.
