Your ticket to exploring the best our region, in the easiest of ways
Is there a Hunter Valley restaurant or cellar door you have on your wine and dine must-visit list? Or have you and your group of friends been wanting to take on the sand dunes of Port Stephens? Or perhaps you’re just needing to book a transfer to the airport?
These are all likely scenarios, and they all have one thing in common – how do we get there?
The answer to this is RRR Tours.

Launching RRR Tours in 2024, the team have a very simple business purpose, that being, to make day touring easy.
Speaking with Tess Campbell, booking manager of RRR Tours, Tess explained,
“There are now four 11 seater passenger commuters, two luxury Lexus AWD's and two hybrid Rav 4's in the fleet, which provides a nice range of options for tailored touring experiences, from your luxury rides, right through to your people moving.

“We can be as involved, or uninvolved, in the coordination of your day out as you need us to be.
“We’ve helped groups arrange a full day of wine touring in the Hunter Valley, or if you’re only needing a driver, we can make that happen as well.”
“There are all these incredible dining and adventure activities on our doorstep, and we were getting feedback that it's difficult to get to these destinations with a group, in a way that allows everyone to have a fabulous day out.”
Wine Tours
“The Hunter Valley has become one of our most popular day trip tours, and we’ve created a range of packages for groups to choose from, or they can create their own wine and dine itinerary if they have particular venues in mind.”

One of RRR Tours most popular wine tours is the Pokolbin Day Trip. Taking off from Newcastle, the tour has guests stopping at the picturesque Keith Tulloch Wines estate, before moving onto the beautiful Vinden cellar door for a little more wine tasting.

For lunch, it’s destination – Harkham. Receiving a refresh earlier this year, Harkham is the complete all-rounder, offering a premium range of wines that lean heavily into the natural way of production. The Italian-inspired menu ensures all tastes are catered for and blends perfectly with the beautifully crafted cocktail menu.

Private Tranfers
RRR Tours is not just limited to day tripping to the Hunter Valley, as Tess explains,
“We’ve had enquiries to drive a group of friends to the Boathouse Hotel in Patonga on the Central Coast. You can either have lunch at the Patonga Hotel, or catch the ferry over to Palm Beach to the other Boathouse Hotel, then return that evening. It’s such a great day trip, but difficult to arrange without transport and a driver.”

“Port Stephens is always a popular day trip destination. Whether it’s to go whale or dolphin watching, hit the sand dunes or as simple as booking a transfer to Rick Steins at Bannisters. We take care of all the transport hassle so you can sit back and enjoy the experience.”

Ride & Fly
In addition to all the fun day tour options, RRR Tours is also your airport transfer service. Whether it’s Newcastle or Sydney, the team will have you taking off on your holiday or business trip, as stress free as possible.
