Tucked away on 37 acres of serene countryside in Broke, The Wellness Farm is a boutique property that balances nature, comfort, and stillness in perfect harmony. With sweeping views of the Brokenback Mountain Range and the soft sounds of birds each morning, this is a place where slowing down comes naturally.

Brought to you by Hunter Valley locals, Lydia and Ben, The Wellness Farm is more than a destination, it’s a sanctuary born from a vision of rest, healing, and transformation.
What began as a dream between a nurse and an electrician has become a nurturing haven where guests are invited to breathe deeply, reconnect with themselves, and let the simple beauty of the Broke region soothe their spirit.

The farm can welcome up to 28 guests across its beautifully appointed accommodation. Six contemporary twin-share villas each offer a luxury king bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and private patio with fire pit – two even feature indulgent bathtubs.

For those seeking a more homely experience, the Hamptons Cottage provides three bedrooms and a cosy open-plan kitchen and living area, while the Serenity Homestead offers a spacious five-bedroom stay complete with its own cedar hot tub and fire pit, perfect for groups wanting extra privacy.

Guests are invited to embrace the property’s wellness-focused amenities, designed to inspire rest and renewal. Unwind in the panoramic Red Cedar barrel sauna with mountain views, sink into outdoor hot tubs at sunrise or sunset, or stretch out in the 14-metre saltwater pool.

The Lakehouse, a bright and open studio space, is dedicated to yoga, meditation, and movement practices such as breath work and Pilates. For guests visiting on a retreat, a more expansive range of experiences awaits, including a float tank, reformer Pilates beds, ice baths, and a private gym.

Beyond the amenities, The Wellness Farm’s greatest gift is its connection to nature. Highland cows, chickens, and the occasional kangaroos roam peacefully on the property.

Located in Broke, just two hours from Sydney and one hour from Newcastle, the farm feels far removed from the rush of everyday life yet sits within easy reach of boutique vineyards and gourmet dining experiences.
