The Hunter Valley is set to get a brand-new visitor experience

The proposed $107 million Cedar Mill Hunter Valley will bring over 60,000 additional visitors and inject an additional $33 million each year into our beloved Hunter Region according to the REMPLAN economic modelling for the project.

The development will include a tourist and vineyard hub including a splash pad and adventure playground in stage one, a 22,000-seat amphitheatre in stage two and a 100-bed hotel, a hatted restaurant, and a working winery in stage three.

“We are finalising our plans for all three stages of the $107 million development, and they will be ready to submit later this year.”

Winarch Capital CEO, Paul Lambess, says once Cedar Mill Hunter Valley opens its doors it will create hundreds of new jobs and bolster the local economy and the events and tourism sectors.
