Located in the beautiful historic Chapman Building in Wyong, this location of the two Glee Coffee Roasters cafes is a charming, quiet space for breakfast, brunch and coffee. 

Glee Coffee Roasters was created on the Central Coast 10 years ago by brothers Ben and Chris Gleeson. As self-confessed “coffee people” and “people people” the team are energetic, friendly, and passionate about good experiences. Working only with ethically sourced green beans, they have perfected their house blend affectionately known as “The Goods” - and that’s certainly what you’ll get from a visit to Glee. 

The Chapman Building was originally built in 1901 operated by William John Chapman who was a leading pioneer of the local dairy industry. Known for their home delivery by horse-drawn cart, Chapman & Sons were the largest general merchants trading between Sydney and Newcastle. Now lovingly restored, Glee at The Chapman is a great spot to make your local, easily accessible right in the centre of Wyong town and a short walk from the station.

Set back from the main road, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a relaxed country town approaching the Chapman Building, with its historic colonial look reminiscent of The Rocks in Sydney, Mudgee Town Centre, or The Station, Newcastle.

Glee boasts enough room for groups, team meetings, and families, with seating both inside the rustic building (think exposed brick and leafy indoor plants), or outside in the sun-drenched lawn. 

Breakfast is served until 2pm every day (breakfast for lunch is definitely a thing!) and the menu features a few Glee concoctions putting a brekkie twist on the bagel, bruschetta, burgers, wraps and rolls. If you’re after the classics, they have you covered with egg benny, avo smash, buttermilk pancakes, acai bowls, and granola. For lunch, you can find a range of salads, burgers, or the Mexican-inspired Fajita Bowl.

Back to the coffee lovers, Glee is also known for their seasonal single-origin coffees, with 4 different coffees on offer each season so there’s always something new to try.
