With a focus on high quality seasonal and local produce, the menu at Barretts Restaurant spans a wide variety of flavours.

Try the Whipped Feta with rhubarb strawberry jam, Hunter Valley honey, toasted walnuts and warm flatbread to start, or the Steamed Mussels with white wine, cream, fresh tomatoes, herbs and house made focaccia. 

For mains, the 300g New York Steak with sweet potato puree, roast cauliflower, brussel sprouts, pancetta and walnut sage pesto is a highlight, as is the fresh Seared Australian Salmon with cauliflower purée, tomato and caper vinaigrette.

Finish off your meal with a decadent Coconut Cheesecake or the Pot de Cremé with white chocolate, whipped ganache, lemon curd and fresh berries.
