The Promoter is HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414).

Eligibility

1. Win a curated Christmas gift box thanks to The Olive Tree Market entitles one [1] winner to
   i. A bespoke Christmas gift box featuring some of The Olive Tree Market stallholders to the value of $600.
2. Competition opens on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 0900.
3. Competition closes on Wednesday 17 December 2025 at 1700.
4. Eligible Entrants must be Australian residents.
5. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age. 
6. To enter, the participant must complete the entry form published on the HUNTERhunter website. 
7. The prize must be redeemed at The Olive Tree Market on Saturday 20 December 2025 between 9am and 2pm. 
8. This is a Game of Skill.
9. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 17 December, 2025 after 1800. The winner will be contacted via email immediately following the draw. 
10. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded by 5pm, Thursday 18 December 2025, a second prize draw will be conducted on the same day at 1800.
11. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or otherwise dealt with. 
12. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition;
    a) employees of;
    i. the Promoter; and 
    ii. the Promoter's related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associate agencies, companies, and contractors; or 
    b) members of the Immediate Families of Promoter's employees.
