Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414).

Eligibility

1. The competition entitles one [1] winner and their guest to a two [2] night stay in a Harvest Studio at The Clairfield Hotel in Mudgee, $250 dining credit for Gigi's Restaurant in Mudgee, and a couples float and sauna session at Jila Wellness in Mudgee.
   i. Subject to availability
   ii. Some blackout dates apply
   iii. Valid for use until Tuesday 14 October 2025.
2. Competition opens on Tuesday 25 March 2025 @ 9am. 
3. Competition closes on Sunday 13 April 2025 @ 11.59pm. 
4. Eligible Entrants must be Australian residents. 
5. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age. 
6. The guest of the successful winner must be over 18 years of age. 
7. To enter, the participant must complete the entry form published on the HUNTERhunter website. 
8. This is a Game of Skill. 
9. The prize draw will take place on Monday 14 April 2025 @ 9am. The winner will be contacted via email or mobile immediately following the draw. 
10. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded by Tuesday 15 April 2025 @5pm, a second prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday April 16 @9am. 
11. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or otherwise dealt with. 
12. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the competition:
    a) employees of;
    i. the Promote, and
    ii. the Promoter's related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
    b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees.
