Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. Promoter
HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414), PO Box 219 · HRMC, NSW 2310 · Australia. (“Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period
The competition opens Monday 3 November @ 0900 and closes Wednesday 19 November @ 1700 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the competition:
a) employees of;
i. the Promoter, and
ii. the Promoter's related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees. 

4. How to Enter 
This is a Game of Skill. To enter, participants must complete the entry form online www.hunterhunter.com.au. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize
a. The Prize is valid for two (2) people and includes:
• Return direct flights with Jetstar between Newcastle Airport (NTL) and Hobart (HBA). Each passenger will receive a Starter fare with a Plus bundle.
• Premium Covered car parking at Newcastle Airport for the duration of travel (2 – 6 December 2025)
• Accommodation in Hobart (Macq 01)
b. Total Prize pool value is up to AUD $4,300. Prize value is an estimate only.

6. Prize Conditions
a. Travel dates are fixed: 2 – 6 December 2025 inclusive. No changes, extensions, or substitutions are permitted.
b. The departure airport (Newcastle Airport) cannot be changed.
c. The winner and companion must travel together on all flights and stay in the same accommodation.
d. The Prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
e. The Prize cannot be transferred to a third party without written approval from Jetstar and Newcastle Airport.
f.  Any costs not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to:
• meals not specified
• transport to/from Hobart airport
• optional/additional experiences
• travel insurance
g. If any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a component of equal or greater value.

7. Prize - Jetstar Flights
1. Two (2x) return airfares on Jetstar Airways departing from Newcastle (NTL) arriving in Hobart (HBA) up to a maximum value of $600 (AUD), as further detailed below (“Flights”)
   (a) Conditions that apply to the Flights:
         i. Flights must be taken on the inaugural NTLHBA flight on 02/12/2025. The Prize winner and companion must travel together.
        ii. Each passenger will receive a Starter fare with a Plus bundle including; standard seat selection, 7kg carry-on baggage, 20kg checked baggage and an in-flight meal deal.
        iii. Flights must be requested via Newcastle Airport with Jetstar and are subject to availability.
        iv. Flights will be subject to Jetstar’s conditions of carriage and other conditions may apply.
        v. The winner is responsible for their own expenses in relation to any travel required to get to the departure destination or other associated costs with claiming or using the Prize including but not limited to accommodation, travel insurance, meals, spending money, visas/border entry requirements, ground transfer costs and any Government/airport levied taxes.

8. Winner Selection & Notification 
A random draw will take place at 1700 at the HUNTERhunter office on Wednesday 19 November. The winner will be notified immediately after the draw has taken place.

9. Unclaimed Prize
If the Prize is not claimed by Thursday 20 November @ 5pm, a redraw will take place immediately. The redraw winner will be notified immediately after the draw has taken place.

10. Verification
Proof of identity and eligibility may be required before the Prize is awarded.

11. Liability
a. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in relation to the Prize or competition.
b. Winners and companions travel at their own risk and must comply with airline and government requirements.

12. Privacy 
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Information may be used for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment.

13. General
a. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final.
b. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or otherwise dealt with.
