Crest Birubi Beach

Breathtaking ocean views with your coffee

Ahhh what a view!

Perched atop of Birubi Beach with 180-degree views across the Stockton Bight, Stockton Sand Dunes and beyond, Crest offers one of the best views of any cafe or restaurant in the region.

It’s one of my favourite spots to visit on a weekend drive to Port Stephens. In the cooler months, Crest is one of the best vantage points for whale watching with a warm cofee in hand (of course) and in Summer a sunset beer hits the spot.

The café is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Their menu is simple, fresh and perfectly complements the views.

There is also a takeaway kiosk open for brekky and lunch for fish and chips, takeaway coffees, iceblocks, etc.

So sit back and relax, enjoy the view, marvel at the enormity of the Stockton sand dunes, go for a dip or check out the rockpools at the northern end of the beach.

Located right next door are the camel rides, four wheel driving and sandboarding adventures in the dunes.
