Bannisters Port Stephens

Barefoot luxury accommodation arrives in Port Stephens

A luxurious dining and boutique accommodation experience is now right on our doorstep.

The team behind Bannisters by the Sea and Bannisters Pavilion have headed north and have brought their barefoot luxury, stylish concept to the seaside suburb of Soldiers Point in Port Stephens.

General Manager, Peter Bacon explains, “each room within the existing hotel has been completely stripped back and refitted in the trademark Bannisters style.”

“The reception, foyer, dining and bar areas, along with the large deck and infinity pool have all been new additions to the building, so it’s been a big undertaking to say the least.”

Combining the style and comfort of a luxury hotel with beachfront vistas over Port Stephens Bay and tranquil treetop views, guests can relax and unwind on the edge of paradise.

Nestled into the backdrop of Soldiers Point peninsula, Bannisters’ boutique hotel is surrounded by water, koala habitat and a sense of peace and seclusion from hotel to horizon.

Discover an escape on the coastal paradise of Port Stephens with Bannisters’ individually designed bay fronting and forest facing rooms, suites, and penthouses.

To complement the stunning accommodation experience is an incredible food offering featuring none other than world renowned chef, author and tv presenter Rick Stein. Rick Stein together with head chef Mitchell Turner have developed a locally inspired seafood menu that brings together some of the area's finest seafood flavours in a one-of-a-kind setting.

Just 45 minutes from Newcastle, Bannisters at Port Stephens is set to become your easy mid-week or weekend escape whether it be with the whole family, group of friends or perhaps that much needed escape for two.
