Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414).

Eligibility

1. Eligible Entrants must be Australian residents.
2. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
3. The guest of the successful winner must be over 18 years of age. 
4. To enter, the participant must complete the entry form published on the HUNTERhunter website.
5. This is a Game of Skill.
6. Only one vote is permitted per person, if multiple votes are received the entries received in the first vote will be the votes counted.
7. The competition entitles one [1] winner and their one [1] guest to:
i. One [1] night stay at a hotel of their choice in Newcastle, inclusive of breakfast for two. [To the value of $350]
ii. Dinner for two at your favourite Newcastle restaurant [Value $300]
iii. Pre or post dinner drinks at your favourite Newcastle bar [Value $150]
iv. A case of beer or voucher to your favourite Newcastle brewpub [Value $100]
v. Total prize value $900. 
i) Blackout dates apply across the month of December and public holidays.
8. Voting opens at 12.01am AEST Monday July 1 2024 
9. Voting closes at 11.59pm AEST Wednesday July 31 2024.
10. The People’s Choice Awards will be announced at the Bar Awards event on Monday August 5, 2024 and via hunterhunter.com.au/barawards on Tuesday August 6, 2024. 
11. The prize draw of the People’s Choice Award competition prize will take place on Tuesday August 6 2024 @ 9am. The winners will be contacted via email or mobile immediately following the draw. 
12. If the prizes are unclaimed or un-awarded a prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday August 13 2024.
13. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with.
14. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:
a) employees of:
I. the Promoter; and
II. the Promoter’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees.
