Taking place on Saturday, 4 July 2026, Born To Dance: A Throwback Boat Party brings three hours of classic hits, harbour views, and dance-floor energy to Newcastle Harbour.

This throwback boat party is all about the big tunes, bold memories, and feel-good tracks that still get everyone moving, from pop icons and rock anthems to R&B favourites and ultimate singalongs.

Step aboard MV Calmer for a night cruising Newcastle Harbour with DJs spinning the biggest throwback hits from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Expect everything from Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Madonna, Prince, and Whitney to Britney, Backstreet Boys, Beyoncé, Eminem, Gaga, Usher, Pink, Nelly, OutKast, and more.

There’ll be fully licensed bars onboard, a hot food menu, retro outfits, big vibes, and plenty of party mischief across the three-hour cruise.

Guests are asked to arrive at the wharf by 5:30pm for check-in with the All Event Cruises team at the undercover gazebo area, located at the top of the wharf. This is strictly an 18+ event, and valid photo ID is required for entry.
