A collaborative Japanese and Gin tasting dinner is coming to Honeysuckle

It was the ultimate pairing, Nagisa Japanese restaurant hosted the fabulous Farmer’s Wife Distillery in was the ultimate Gin Degustation event!

Kylie Sepos, from the Farmer's Wife together with Chris, Taiyo and the Nagisa team worked on a collaborative Degustation paired with matching gin cocktails from all four seasonal Farmer’s Wife Gin releases.

With their shared passion for mastering unique flavours, this collaboration is an exploration into combining elements from each of the Farmers Wife seasonal gins with traditional Japanese ingredients and techniques.

Focusing on local produce infused with the essence of Farmers Wife small batch gins and matched with bespoke cocktails they created an exciting and innovative dining experience that showcased the best of their combined culinary and craft distilling journey. Here's what the menu looked like...
