This Saturday, 18th November, Metricon, Australia's leading home builder, invites all aspiring home builders to a free 'open house' event at their Inspiration & Design Centre, Studio M. 

Recently awarded ‘Excellence in Showroom’ at the 2023 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, the state-of-the-art facility allows you to preview all of Metricon’s finishes, fixtures, colours, and much more.

The open house event in Donald St, Hamilton will run from 12pm – 2pm this Saturday 18 November, and it’s your opportunity to meet Metricon's Design Consultants and have all your design questions answered. There will also be plenty of time to explore the space and see the vast range of high-quality products and materials firsthand.

Metricon's NSW General Manager, David Shorten said, "We are excited to be able to open our doors to the public to showcase what we offer at our award-winning state-of-the-art design studio.” 

“With so many choices now available when building your new Metricon home, the team understands how important it is to not only display products, but to build small-scale installations, so you can see, and touch products in a way that brings them to life.

Lochinvar

If you can’t make it to Studio M’s Open House this Saturday, take a drive to Metricon’s latest display homes in the beautiful Hunter Valley region. Opening in July of this year, and situated within the charming Hereford Hill estate in Lochinvar, The Avery and The Botanica display homes provide a glimpse into the tranquility of an acreage lifestyle.

Chisholm

In addition to the Lochinvar homes you can also head to the Maitland suburb of Chisholm and wander through Metricon's Qualia 33 and Phoenix 40 display homes. Opening in 2021 the dreamy open planned Hampton style design is a entertainers delight.
