Enter: Bartholomew’s gin high tea featuring the award-winning gins of Karu Distillery. 

The King Street bar and Blue Mountains-based distillery have joined forces for this unique high tea, where gin cocktails are served instead of the usual tea.

You can still expect an indulgent selection or sweet and savoury treats to enjoy, of course. Only at this high tea, you’ll be able to sip cocktails crafted with Karu Distillery gin and paired with the afternoon’s menu.

Karu Distillery’s Lightning Gin took out the trophy for Best Contemporary Gin at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2021, and its Affinity Gin has been awarded gold at four national and international competitions. In short, you can expect a quality spirit as your tipple for the afternoon!
