Take yourself to a Mediterranean-inspired wine lunch
Following a three-year hiatus, owners Jacqui and Mark Hosie of Rustica are excited to bring back what was a regular fixture on their events calendar.
On October 8th, take a seat at the beautiful Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, overlooking Newcastle Beach, for a wine and dine tasting experience.
The menu has been especially crafted by Mark, who together with winemaker Nick Paterson from Hunter Valley winery Château Pâto, and Iain Sandler of ISwine, will be hosting the event, taking you on a tasting experience that includes five courses with matching Pâto wines. Here’s what you can expect from the menu:

Calamari, Chicken and Chorizo Croquetta, Warm Crab and Corn Salsa

Slow roasted Pukara Estate Lamb, Vegetable Provencale, Oregano Potato, Sauce Vierge

Caramelised Pastry, Date Puree, Gorgonzola Dulce, Apple and Walnut
