A staple of the Carrington neighbourhood since 2019, Earp Distilling Co. is known for its great meals, friendly and engaging staff, and of course, a variety of high-quality sustainable spirits on offer.

This December the team is inviting you to celebrate their 4th birthday at Carrodise Festival with an array of local food, spirits, beer, wine, and local live music – a thank you to everyone who has helped this business to thrive!

Kicking off before the holidays, the Carrodise Festival is sure to be the ultimate local event with a full lineup of premium Newcastle bands. Playing regional tours across Australia and internationally in 2023, Boo Seeka is coming home to headline this epic lineup.

Names like Rum Jungle, Trip Fandino, and The Appointments, are likely already familiar to those keeping an eye on Like a Version and Unearthed from Triple J, and you can expect unyielding performances from them all. And introducing Elestial – a relatively new sound on the local scene, their indie vocals won Earp over during the call out for local acts.

As if all that wasn’t enough, the distillery will be transformed on the day with multiple areas for festival goers to revel and relax. Three bars spread across the venue will feature Earp Distilling Co. cocktails, beers from Modus Brewery, and wines from Petersons.

Grab a glass then relax in the Fever-Tree lounge, or peruse the fresh seafood spread on offer. Tastings and shopping stations located in the main hall are free for you to browse with your ticket.
