Newcastle’s fiery dining experience, Âpé Yakitori Bar, delivers guests with a multi-sensory drinking and dining experience, and this October they’re taking it to another level with their “Wagyu Night” event.
Head Chef Nicolas Pedemonte together with the team from Âpé Yakitori Bar have created a remarkable 6-course Wagyu feast that features exceptional cuts from renowned providers like Hunter Valley Premium Meats, Binnie Beef, and Kagoshima Wagyu.
To elevate your experience, take the wine pairing option which features the Hunter Valley’s Piggs Peake Winery for an additional $65 per person.
