Night

If you’re staying in the city centre of Adelaide, everyone will tell you to visit both Peel St and Leigh St, and trust them, they know what they’re talking about. Moving into dinner and drinks for the day, again, you will never be short on options. Starting on Peel St, you’ve got the brilliant Tempus Mezze Bar featuring a Mediterranean mezze, refreshing cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere.

The newest eatery to the Adelaide foodie scene is none other than Osteria Oggi, an Italian piazza setting right in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. Complete with a cobblestone floor, arches, arbour, meat room, private cellar, intimate booth seating, and a mezzanine-level kitchen; Osteria Oggi is our number one must-try.

Unsurprisingly, the cocktail bars of Adelaide are absolutely flourishing. With hidden spots around dark corners, quaint wooden saloon bars, and romantic dimly lit interiors, there is a little something for everyone.

Bank St Social is a crowd favourite for both visitors and locals alike, as the underground bar with exposed brick walls is known for their local craft beer and DJs that will run late into the night.

Our other pick for the bar scene is Pink Moon Saloon, the cosy Alpine hut invites you in through the blue doorway, with the narrow bar leading you out into a leafy courtyard.
